Contact and WhatsApp
When you contact Diamond Print & Mobile Point by call or WhatsApp, the information you choose to send is processed through your phone provider and WhatsApp. Send only the files and contact details needed to review your print request. A discussed requirement is not an accepted order until price, availability and pickup timing are confirmed on WhatsApp.
Website file uploads
The optional order page may collect your name, phone number, order notes and files to review a requested print job. Uploaded files can contain private information. Use WhatsApp instead if you do not want to use the web upload page. Files should be removed after they are no longer operationally needed; the exact operational retention period must be confirmed by the business before production use.
AI voice assistant
The optional voice assistant is an AI service powered by ElevenLabs. If you choose to start it, your audio and conversation are sent to ElevenLabs and its service providers so the assistant can respond. The website does not start the microphone automatically. Browser permission is requested only after you intentionally continue to the voice experience.
Do not speak Aadhaar or PAN numbers, OTPs, banking or card details, passwords, or private document contents. For Aadhaar, PAN, resumes, agreements or similar files, send the file directly to the official WhatsApp number and obtain final confirmation there.
The preferred ElevenLabs configuration disables saved audio and requests zero-day transcript retention. Availability and exact deletion behaviour depend on the active ElevenLabs plan and dashboard settings. Zero Retention Mode is an additional plan-dependent option and is not claimed to be active unless verified in the account.
Analytics and third-party services
The website currently uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and button usage. The voice integration records only non-sensitive UI events such as opening the disclosure, successful widget loading, and a WhatsApp handoff request. It does not send print details, spoken content, document text or identity numbers to website analytics.
External links such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Google Analytics have their own privacy practices. The website cannot control information you submit directly to those services.
Your choices
Voice Help is optional. You can close the disclosure and use WhatsApp or phone instead. You can deny microphone permission and continue using the rest of the website. You may also use browser privacy controls to limit analytics.
